Job Description:
Roles & Responsibilities:
Supervise, mentor and develop junior staff, provide timely and effective mentoring and training
Assist in business development efforts and collaborate with other divisions within the firm to build cross-functional relationships
Build, maintain, and enhance client relationships
Assurance Review of the financial statements
Ensure that the work is planned, organized and performed by self and team by guiding them and performing reviews on deliverables to ensure quality and timely delivery of work
Demonstrate industry competence and clarity of communication
Develop self by participating in and developing others by facilitating training on assurance and accounting standards
Preparing an engagement plan by defining time limits and allotting responsibilities to team members
Work under strict timelines and at client locations
Desired Profile:
5-7 years of experience in the assurance practice
Qualified CA / ACCA + B. Com / M. Com / MBA(Finance)
Client facing experience preferred
Willingness to travel
Skill Set: -
Good communication skills (Verbal & Written)
Good team management and interpersonal skills
