Analyst/ Senior Analyst - Transaction Advisory (Client Facing Role)
The selected candidate shall work with Transaction Advisory Services division of Dewan P. N. Chopra & Co. for assisting in company research/industry research, financial analysis and financial modelling; preparing valuation reports; documenting teasers, documenting Information Memorandums, documenting business plans other requisite presentations etc. for Transaction Advisory Services.
Work Location: Noida – Sector 126
Workdays: 5 days workweek + 2 Saturdays every month
Requisite Qualification: Chartered Accountant / CFA + MBA / MBA (Fin) from a top-tier Business School
Requisite Experience: 2 - 4 years of relevant post-qualification experience in building financial models & valuation reports from scratch and preparing pitch deck and information memorandum.
Estimated CTC Range: Commensurate with skill set & experience.

Key Responsibility Areas (KRA’s):
Keeping in view the key Service Offerings, the candidate shall be working on domestic deals and responsible for:
• Assisting the team with advisory services involving evaluation and execution of assignments pertaining to raising capital, investing capital, joint venture. This would include:
• Assist with industry research/Company Research
• Documenting Teasers
• Documenting Information Memorandums
• Documenting Business Plans
• Support during Due Diligence, financial models, valuation reports.
• In depth understanding of Financial Analysis with strong understanding of financial statement, cash flows, key ratios.
• Assistance and support for Equity Placement through domestic and international sources including PE Funds, HNIs and Family Offices for transaction in and outside India.
• Support in gathering information from the target company during formal interaction.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
• Ability to build financial models from scratch. Prepare pitch decks and information memorandum.
• Excellent Analytical & Numerical Skills. Well verse with Advance level MS Excel, PPT & Word.
• Good Communication and Presentation Skills
• High Degree of Self-Motivation and desire to learn
• We seek a candidate with 2-4 years of post-qualification (CA / MBA / CFA +MBA) experience in Investment Banking / Private Equity / Venture Capital/ Family Office/ Transaction Advisory Services or similar industry where he / she would have developed knowledge and skill sets to fulfil the KRA above.
Key Service Offering Includes:
1. Raising capital including equity and structured Investments through PE and VC funds, Financial Institutions, Family Offices, HNI etc.
2. Advising on buy side/sell side/joint venture mandates for corporate and start-ups across sectors in and outside India.
3. Advising on placement of private capital as financial or strategic investments for Family offices, and HNIs.
4. Assisting and advising the client on commercial negotiations and documentation including LOI’s, Term sheets and Definitive Agreements.
5. Providing transaction support services including due diligence, valuation, financial projections, feasibility studies, preparing business plan, preparing pitch books, information memorandum etc.
