Big 4 or hands on industry position
− Well profiled in the market, respected for professional acumen
− Lead the Bangalore GST team in expansion and support the Partner in growth of GST practice around in the
region
− CA/ LLB with 11+ years of specific working experience in Indirect taxes/ GST, foreign trade policy, economic
laws and state incentives
− Have a keen understanding of client's industry and business and develop deep relationships at the Board level.
Lead, coach, and develop professionals within the practice.
− Self-driven and well profiled person who can create success stories with clients across manufacturing, financial
services, start-ups, and futuristic business models
− Expert in commercial and economic laws having advised and innovated solutions on business model needs of
clients, is hands on with the litigation prevalent in Indirect taxes, well connected with senior officials in the
Department and senior counsels pan India
− Have a deep understanding of client’s business models, their commercial challenges and demonstrate proven
competencies of dealing with C suite through expanded conversations
− Excellent research skills which could be analytically applied to futuristic situations coupled with dynamic
communication skills which comprise speaking the technical issues in simple business terms which suits the
requirements of MNC/ Promoters/ Board members.
− Self-driven and passionate on building practices & seeing the bigger picture of a creating a new age
professional services firm
− Ability to connect with diverse set of influencers to create solutions needed for business
