• Managing Various types of communications
• Preparing Documentation/Minutes of meetings
• Scheduling Meetings with Internal and External stakeholders
• Drafting Letters
• Adhoc Meetings
• Mark all the important events and holidays. Share reminders weekly for important upcoming events.
• Inform about all the leaves and absenteeism in advance.
• Plan and arrange meetings, Seminars, Webinars, workshops.
• Maintain a list of tasks and share the tasks as and when required
• Do necessary follow-ups.
• Supporting through a combination of project management, writing and editing, research and administrative support
• Work cross-functionally internally as and when required
Work Nature: Work from Office No. of working days: 5 days (general shift)
Requirements and skills:
• Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role
• Excellent MS Office knowledge
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Discretion and confidentiality
