Senior Manager – Audit Firm – Dubai based
Our client is a well reputed Audit Firm in the UAE in practice for over 25 years. The Firm is a part of International network of Auditors and Consultants. The Firm is recognized by the leading banks and Free Zones in the UAE. The firm offers services to over 500 clients in the UAE.
Presently, they seek to hire a Senior Manager to take up lead in managing and growing the practice.
Key Job responsibilities will be
• To lead a team of Junior Auditors to deliver consistent and timely results in statutory audit, tax audit, limited reviews, & other certifications as per the client’s requirement.
• To manage and enrich client relationships in order to get sustained business.
• To prepare MIS, team budgeting, revenue billing and collection from client.
• To ensure quality service is delivered maintaining credibility and reputation of the Firm.
• To undertake proactive marketing by visiting the free zones, licensing authorities and bankers who require audited financials of companies under them.
• To expand operations in different locations by setting up the branches and also through JVs with likeminded professionals in order to enhance service offerings.
Candidate Profile
Ideal candidate will be a qualified Chartered Accountant having worked with professional audit firms. 20+ years of progressive experience, reaching management level is desired. The candidate must be working at the Supervisory / Managerial capacity dealing with clients, auditors and carrying out file reviews.
We are looking for a technically competent professional, with strong people management skills and highest level of integrity to join this firm.
