Core role & responsibilities:
- Performing independent valuations of businesses, tangible and intangible assets for various purposes including M&A, open offers, accounting, tax, foreign exchange, SEBI and corporate law aspects
- Undertake valuation analysis on wide range of public/private entities within the various industries using accepted and relevant approaches & theories.
- Review and analysis of financial and valuation models prepared by the team;
- Supervise and mentor assistant managers, senior associates and associates on valuations engagements;
- Build and maintain client relationships before, during and after engagements;
- Assist the partners in pitching for new engagements/clients, including the preparation and presentation of proposals;
- Working closely with Partners and staff on client management and development activities.
