Finance & Accounts:
• Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the company's books of accounts.
• Oversee day-to-day accounting activities, ensuring adherence to accounting
standards.
• Maintain ledgers and execute book closure activities on a monthly and annual basis.
• Conduct periodical review of GLs, processes, vouchers to ensure accuracy and
completeness
• Ensure that all statutory requirements related to Direct Tax and Indirect Tax, including
GST, TDS, PF, and PT, are met. Additionally, handle all reconciliations associated
with these taxes.
• Prepare monthly MIS reports and financial statements for Investor’s reporting.
• Conduct financial analysis to provide insights for strategic decision-making
