Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, journals, and accounts.
Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and
reports.
Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, and other financial records.
Accounts Payable: Process invoices, setup vendor, and process payments.
General Ledger: Assist in maintaining the general ledger, including journal entries and adjustments.
Audit Support: Assist with internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and support.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and accounting standards.
Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making.
Expense Reporting: Review and process employee expense reports.
Tax Compliance: Assist in the preparation and filing of tax returns.
Qualifications:
Qualified CA with 3 - 5 years + working experience
Currently working big 4 accounting firm or Manufacturing MNC with a focus on financial reporting
Familiar with various compliance requirements (CUSTOMS/FEMA/RBI)
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft (ppt, word, excel etc.) and experience in PowerBI a plus, but not required.
Experience in QAD Accounting software a plus
