Oversee day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
Reconcile account balances and bank statements.
Maintain a comprehensive general ledger.
Ensure adherence to month-end close procedures.
Lead and manage a team of 2 or more junior accountants.
Prepare financial statements in accordance with Ind AS format.
Coordinate various accounting functions and programs.
Conduct financial analyses and generate reports.
Develop revenue projections and contribute to expenditure forecasting.
Assist in budget preparation and monitoring.
Maintain and reconcile balance sheet and general ledger accounts.
Support annual audit preparations and address findings.
Investigate and resolve audit discrepancies and non-compliance issues.
Contribute to the development of new or amended accounting systems, programs, and
procedures.
Provide guidance and support to junior staff as required.
Handle tax planning, compliance, analysis, GST working and return filing, TDS, and advance
tax matters.
Undertake periodic and yearly finalization of books.

CA finalist not pursuing CA.
7 – 10 years of experience in the manufacturing company.
Demonstrable track record of success in a fast-paced growing business.
Experience with working in ERP`s and Tally.
Ability to work without supervision in a busy environment, working to tight deadlines.
Accuracy and skills in calculating figures, strong attention to detail; a right first-time attitude
and approach.
Computer proficiency.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
