Core Forensic Audit Roles & Responsibilities:
-Leading and handling forensic audits to identify end use of money funded by lenders, verification of money contributed by promoters, transactions with related parties, forensic analysis of financial and non – financial information.
-Understanding client expectations and deliver exceptional quality service.
-Managing a team on engagements and managing the assignment since inception to the end.
-Demonstrating in-depth technical capabilities.
-Demonstrating an application and solution-based approach to problem-solving.
-Corporate Investigations related to varied sectors.
-Identifying manipulated transactions, vendor kickback, procurement fraud.
-Gathering, Reviewing and Analysing data and pieces of evidence to support the investigation assignments.
-Reviewing the current processes lapses, Analysing potential collusion, bribes etc.
-Preparing and finalizing comprehensive investigation reports within timelines.
-Finalization of all the evidence, work papers, workings relevant to the assignment.
-Providing litigation support to the client related to forensic work.
-Managing and motivating teams with diverse skills and backgrounds.
-Conducting discreet investigations on field and carrying out suspect and witnessing interviews.
