Job Description:
Financial Analyst will be responsible for providing financial decision support to onshore finance partners via regular and adhoc reporting in the FP&A domain. The candidate will execute all monthly/ weekly/ quarterly reporting and look for ways to automate and simplify processes. These activities include regular reports, KPI dashboards and ad-hoc requests.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Analyze financial results, trends, and metrics monthly/weekly/ quarterly. Communicate key drivers regarding performance (sales, AGM, customer drivers, adjustments, etc.).
· Partner with the Onshore team to ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting deadlines are met.
· Support the onshore team to prepare quarterly forecast, Annual Financial Plan and Long-Range Plan, when needed.
· Partner with the onshore team to prepare quarterly/monthly financial business reviews.
· Respond to all relevant queries (including ad-hoc) from onshore business partners in an accurate and timely manner.
· Assist other FP&A team members.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
· At least 2-4 years of financial planning, management reporting, and/or analysis experience,
· Experience in working cross-functionally and collaboratively in a global organization.
· Strong in MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
· Good to have knowledge of Power Query/ PowerPivot/ Tableau
· Fair technical knowledge about accounting standards
· Strong analytical skills & continuous improvement mindset
· Flexibility and good team player
· SAP knowledge
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:
· MBA Finance/ Mcom with 2-4 years experience
