1) Job Purpose
Managing and monitoring all accounting & financial functions, Payroll, Audit, GST Compliances, Receivable Management, etc.
2) Principal Accountabilities
Accountability Supporting Actions
1. Employee Payroll a) Liasoning with third party payroll processor.
b) Monitoring and ensuring that outsourced employee payroll is working well and within timebound manner it has been completed.
a) Ensuring all employee related compliances are in place and complied on regular basis
2. Monitoring Accounting Function b) Monitoring and maintaining all accounting functions and finalization of accounts/financial statements as per Ind-AS.
c) Preparation of quarterly/ yearly financial statement as per Ind-AS
d) Monthly MIS to management
e) Export & import documentation and accounting
f) Site/plant visit and ensure that all production accountings in SAP are timely and accurately posted along with material reconciliation thereof.
g) Receivables and payables monitoring including advances
3. Capex Accounting/ Monitoring a) Monitoring all capex – budget/vs actual, deviation report, periodic flashing project progress report, etc.
b) Ensuring that all capex are made within approved budget and same has been monitor including capitalization of the same in SAP
4. GST a) Ensuring all GST compliances like timely payment, submit of periodical returns
b) GST audit & assessment, etc.
5. Statutory & Internal audit Support in completing all internal and statutory audit without any adverse remarks
