• This role shall focus on fostering client relationships and implementing strategic initiatives to increase revenue of the company.
• Conduct in depth market research to analyze trends, competitive landscape and consumer needs.
• Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients, developers investors and other stakeholders of the real estate sector.
• Develop business development proposals and presentations and work towards long term business engagements.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement campaigns that enhance brand visibility.
• Oversee smooth execution of projects by coordinating with various internal departments.
• Co-ordinate with concerned parties for selling, leasing and purchase of any property.
