FP&A
Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Planning & Forecasting
o Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting cycles
o Develop financial models to support strategic business initiatives
2. Business Finance & Performance Analysis
o Partner with business and operations teams to provide financial insights and cost-benefit analyses
o Track KPIs related to delivery costs, route efficiency, and operational productivity
3. MIS & Reporting
o Prepare monthly MIS reports and dashboards for leadership
o Analyze variances against budgets/forecasts and provide actionable insights
4. Cost Control & Optimization
o Identify cost-saving opportunities across delivery operations, warehousing, and third-party logistics
o Support initiatives to improve financial efficiency and margin improvement
5. Stakeholder Collaboration
o Work closely with senior leadership, operations, procurement, and tech teams to align finance with business goals

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CA/CMA/MBA preferred)
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in FP&A or Business Finance
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Power BI)
• Prior experience in a logistics, courier, e-commerce, or supply chain environment is a plus
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
