Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive B2B Revenue & Billing Lead to oversee end-to-end revenue assurance, billing accuracy, and customer account alignment for our B2B business. The role involves coordinating closely with Sales, Finance, Operations, and the CEO–B2B Business to ensure correct contract implementation, timely invoicing, and zero revenue leakage.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage revenue recognition, contract validation, and billing accuracy for all B2B accounts.
• Ensure timely generation and delivery of invoices, credit notes, and supporting documentation.
• Work with Sales and Operations to resolve billing disputes and align on pricing, SLAs, and service delivery.
• Monitor revenue trends, aging reports, and customer billing cycles, support collections teams with accurate data.
• Conduct monthly revenue reconciliations and ensure compliance with internal controls.
• Support automation and process improvements in billing and revenue workflows
Qualification-MBA, Semi CA
