Role Description
The role is responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient administrative and facility operations across the organization. It involves managing office administration, facilities and infrastructure, vendor coordination, inventory control, cost optimization, regulatory documentation, and supervision of administrative staff to maintain a safe, compliant, and well-functioning workplace.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
10+ years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in a professional services or corporate environment.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with vendors, service providers, and internal teams.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Candidates must be based in Mumbai.
