Position: Business ARC Jr. Analyst

About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business ARC Jr. Analyst to join our finance and reporting team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of reporting, account analysis, and general accounting processes. Candidates with SAP knowledge and strong analytical skills will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support reporting and financial analysis activities
• Execute account analysis and reconciliation processes
• Assist in general accounting operations and financial documentation
• Prepare and maintain reports for internal stakeholders
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities
• Maintain accuracy in accounting records and financial data
• Coordinate with internal teams for finance and reporting requirements
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
• Work on SAP for accounting and reporting activities
Required Skills & Experience:
• Basic understanding of General Accounting and Financial Reporting
• Knowledge of Account Analysis and Reconciliation processes
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• SAP knowledge is mandatory
• Good working knowledge of Excel and reporting tools
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification:
• Any relevant UG/PG qualification in Finance, Commerce, or Accounting
• Professional qualifications such as CA/CFA (pursuing or completed) will be an added advantage
Experience:
• 0 to 2 years of relevant experience in Accounting, Reporting, or Finance Operations
Preferred Candidate Profile
• Immediate joiners will be preferred
• Candidates comfortable working in Mexico shift timings
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reporting
