Preference: Candidates must have hands-on experience managing both factory workforce and corporate employees, along with strong Industrial Relations exposure.
Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager with strong exposure to both HR and Industrial Relations (IR) in a manufacturing environment. The role will be responsible for managing HR operations for factory workers and office staff, driving employee engagement, ensuring statutory compliance, strengthening workplace culture, and supporting organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead HR & IR functions for factory and corporate employees.
Manage manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, and succession planning.
Build strong employee's relations and maintain a positive work environment in both factory and office locations.
Implement and monitor Performance Management System (PMS).
Drive employee engagement, reward & recognition, and retention initiatives.
Develop and execute training and development programs for workers and staff.
Handle labor relations, disciplinary actions, grievance management, and statutory compliance.
Ensure smooth attendance, payroll inputs, and HRMIS processes.
Develop HR policies, systems, and processes aligned with business objectives.
Partner with department heads to improve productivity, employee performance, and workforce capability.
Conduct regular factory visits and employee interactions to address workforce concerns proactively.
Present HR reviews, workforce analytics, and action plans to management.
