• Lead the cyber security engagements and projects for our clients. • Be updated on the latest developments in the field of practice and percolate the information within the team
• Conduct team meetings and interactions at regular intervals
• Keep the immediate reporting updated on the developments of the team and escalate issues that need immediate attention
• Be responsible for maintaining the team morale
• Handle challenges that the profile offers during the course of work
• Continuously strive towards exceeding client & team expectations and work on complex assignments.
• Conduct research and prepare client presentations, information memorandums and thought leadership documents
• Contribute to advisory engagements in the capacity of a team member - deliver quality output within assigned timelines.
• Support in implementation of security solutions for our clients and support the clients in their desire to protect the business
• Independently overlook the execution of assignments of the practice including interaction with the client on regular/daily basis
• Will be responsible for the quality management and project execution to ensure the Quality standard as adopted by the practice in sync with the organisation goals is met
• Will be responsible for creating and building client presentations at various stages of client interaction
• Will be independently handling client meetings and interaction with various stake holders at regular basis
• Responsible for managing team and ensure team is prepared for project execution
• Liaison with internal support teams to meet practice requirements whenever needed
• Responsible for ensuring team is adhering to the training calendar developed by the practice
