JD for – Senior Executive – Finance & Accounts
Reporting to : DGM (Accounts & Finance)
Experience: Minimum 5-8 Years hands on experience in Manufacturing Industry
Location : Pune - Talegaon Dhamdhere
Qualification: Graduate/ Post Graduate in Commerce (B.Com./M.Com/ MBA Finance) – With good working knowledge of SAP
Job Requirements:
• Working experience in Core Accounting like Cash, Bank, Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivables and GL Scrutiny.
• Working Experience of all Accounts related areas MIS, Banking, Auditing, Bill Booking, reconciliation, Fixed Assets accounting.
• Experience in handling
a) Statutory Compliances - MVAT / CST, Excise, Service Tax, TDS, TCS, Profession tax, Provident Fund, including payment and filing of return.
b) GST – All type of return, extracting the Data from SAP, Reconciliation and E-Way Bill
c) Audit – Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, GST Audit, Cost Audit.- preparation of relevant info.
d) Import Documentation Procedure and SAP booking, reporting.
• Exposure to Costing Areas like Cost Sheets, Inventory take & Valuation, variance analysis, would be an added advantage
• Well versed with MS Office with MS Excel proficiency.
• Should be a good team member with good communication skills.
• Working experience on SAP is must – should be able to do the booking, extracting data, reconciliation through SAP.
