Job Description

Candidate should be responsible for the entire finance function of Sulzer Tech India
Private limited. JD includes following:
1. Monthly Closing:
• Monthly closing in SAP
• Monthly reporting in Tagetik (reporting software) to headquarter in Switzerland
2. Tax (Direct + Indirect):
• Support in providing data for GST or Income Tax assessment/ litigation
• EBRC Follow up and provide details to treasury team which is required for GST refund
• Advance tax working
• Support to tax team in case filing of ROI, tax audit, TP compliance
• Monthly TDS working and ensuring payment of TDS before the due date
• Working for Quarterly return with consultant and resolve queries if any
3. Finalization:
• Preparation of Financial statements and answering audit questions and provide relevant
supporting during the Audit. Getting the audit completed within required due date
4. MIS to Business heads and resolve questions related to cost
5. Budget - Preparation of Budget and resolve questions if any from HQ. Reporting in Tagetik
6. Sales and Accounts receivables:
• Preparation of monthly Invoices in excel accounting entry posting in SAP, Sending the Invoices
to the relevant LE’s, Posting receipt entries in SAP
• Providing inputs to treasury team when the remittance is received.
• Co-ordination with engineering team for smooth Invoicing process
7. Expenses and Accounts payable – Invoice and payment approvals and get the work done from AP
team who process the Invoices. Resolve questions related Cost center, GL code, TDS if any
8. Others:
• Raising a request for SAP users to assign the access
• IEC Renewal
• LEI renewal – done by treasury team, ensure completion of the activity
• RBI Return
• Attending MIS meeting conducted by TRC head and answer questions if any
• Monthly meeting with GDC head to discuss monthly cost
• Reporting of Bank Balances in cash analytics (CA) as per the CA calendar
• X-suite related updates in SAP for SPI
• SCF payment approval for SPI
• Data for MSME return
• ICS – supporting documents and response on the portal as per directions received from the
group
• Any other activity if any related to the Company
