Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Analyst (Cash & Assets) to support cash accounting and fixed asset operations. The role involves recording cash and bank transactions, performing bank reconciliations, maintaining fixed asset records, and supporting month-end accounting activities in SAP. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, accounting knowledge, and experience working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Record daily cash and bank transactions accurately in SAP
• Perform periodic bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly
• Maintain and update fixed asset registers and related accounting records
• Support asset capitalization, transfer, retirement, and depreciation activities
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes related to cash and assets
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and internal controls
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for resolving accounting queries and issues
• Prepare reports and documentation related to cash and fixed assets
• Support audit requirements by providing necessary records and reconciliations
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and finance operations
• Knowledge of cash accounting and fixed asset accounting processes
• Hands-on experience or familiarity with SAP ERP system
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Office tools
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work in night shifts and hybrid working model
