About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Financial Reporting Analyst to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to financial reporting, account analysis, trial balance preparation, and accounting operations. Candidates with hands-on SAP experience and strong analytical skills will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and post accounting entries accurately in the system
• Execute account analysis and perform reconciliations
• Prepare and maintain trial balance reports
• Handle internal financial reporting activities and MIS reporting
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and company policies
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for reporting and finance-related activities
• Analyze financial data and identify discrepancies or variances
• Maintain proper accounting documentation and records
• Work extensively on SAP for accounting and reporting activities
Required Skills & Experience:
• Strong understanding of Financial Reporting and General Accounting
• Experience in preparing accounting entries and trial balance
• Hands-on experience in Account Analysis and Reporting
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Proficiency in SAP is mandatory
• Good knowledge of Excel and reporting tools
Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification:
• Any relevant UG/PG qualification in Finance or Accounting
• Professional qualifications such as CA, CFA, MBA Finance, M.Com, or equivalent will be preferred
Experience:
• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in Financial Reporting and Accounting

• Candidates comfortable working in Mexico shift timings
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
• Strong attention to detail and reporting accuracy
