Job Title - Manager – Accounts & Costing
Direct Reporting to - Head – Finance & Accounts
Location - Pune
Experience required - 3 - 4 years
Key Responsibilities -
• Supporting for Monthly, Quarterly, ½ yearly and Yearly MIS and reporting.
• Compliance towards Direct and Indirect taxes.
• Preparation of Financial statements as per INDIAN GAAP (Statutory and Tax Audit).
• Cost Compliance as per COST Audit requirement.
• Transfer Pricing Compliance as per INDIAN GAAP & Group Policy.
• Effective utilisation of GST Credit and encashing the same.
Required Technical Competences:
• Good knowledge on Direct & Indirect taxes - Taxation Compliance
• In dept knowledge of Costing Records and Cost Audit
• Knowledge of Accounting standards/ India GAAP

Qualification required
• Graduate in Commerce
• Chartered Accountant / Cost & Management Accountant / Intermediate CA or ICWA with manufacturing accounting experience of at least 6 years.
Language & Its Competences:
• Excellent communication in English, Marathi and Hindi (written, oral and verbal)
• SAP – FI & CO module
• Microsoft Office and advanced excel skills
• Good ERP System & implementation Knowledge
